Fazer From N-Dubz Gets Banned

In their latest setback Fazer has been banned from driving for six months. The trio's producer and MC was caught without insurance in St Albans, Herts.

But he's adamant his BMW car cover problem was because a pal put down the wrong address. Motor-mad Fazer is gutted. His spokesman said: "Fazer was sure he was covered when he got stopped. But the paperwork was wrong." Like bandmates and former school pals Tulisa and Dappy he's a massive petrol head.

Never mind because their first single "I Need You" off their "Against All Odds" album is out today.

The album is available from 16th November 2009, so add the date to your calender!!!

Leona Lewis single "Happy" is also out today. It will be interesting to see if the X-Factor contestant will continue the chart success other members have had.

Coming To A Shop Near You. Bob Marley video games, shoes, snowboards?

The Jamaican reggae legend are plunging into the global trademark wars, seeking to enforce their exclusive rights to an image that has grown steadily in scope and appeal since the Jamaican superstar died of brain cancer in 1981 at age 36.

The Marley name, look and sound are estimated to generate an estimated $600 million a year in sales of unlicensed wares. Legal sales are much smaller–just $4 million for his descendants in 2007, according to Forbes magazine. The Marleys refuse to give a figure.

The Marley's are expected to design a wide variety of planned merchandise featuring the dreadlocked musician’s image, name or message–backpacks, stationery, headphones, musical instruments and restaurants.

Items are expected to hit the market in mid-2010.

Can't wait.

Lil Wayne Sued For Copyright Infringement

Facing a year long jail sentence in Feburary 2010, Lil Wayne is now being sued for copyright infringement.

Thomas Marasciullo says the rappers asked him to record some "Italian-styled spoken word recordings" in 2006. The lyrics were, he says, used on "Respect" and other tracks from the rappers' joint album "Like Father, Like Son" and Birdman's "5 (Star) Stunna".

The gold-selling "Like Father, Like Son" hit the top of the R&B/hip-hop chart. Mr Marasciullo says he discovered his work had been used when his daughter came across the rappers' track "Respect" when trying to buy a ringtone.

Bummer!
